📖 Terms of Use – B&B Arco Gentile

Staying at B&B Arco Gentile is governed by clear and simple rules designed to ensure comfort, safety, and mutual respect. Bookings are confirmed based on the selected rate and can be paid via online platforms, bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Rates include breakfast, bed and bath linen, final cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi. Extra services are available upon request.

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. After that or in case of no-show, 50% of the deposit will be retained. Online check-in (with ID upload) must be completed before arrival. Check-in at the property is available from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM; check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully, especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Smoking is prohibited indoors, full meals are not allowed in rooms, and only registered guests may access the property. Small pets are welcome upon request with a supplement and must not be left alone in the room. Any damages or loss of keys may result in extra charges.

Room cleaning is provided every three days, with linen changed every four days and towels every two days or on request. A security deposit may be requested upon arrival.

Breakfast is served at a partner café with a ticket provided at check-in. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and used exclusively for managing the booking. In case of disputes, the Court of Bari will have jurisdiction. Confirming your booking implies full acceptance of all the terms listed.
